The Role of Sociocultural Adjustment During an Internal Merger Change

This longitudinal study tracked 295 merged employees to investigate the role of sociocultural adjustment to organisational change outcomes. Results showed that sociocultural adjustment explained additional variance beyond basic change-management strategies.
